Ready to export

You've been here before

Operations Manager

You export the same Airtable view every Friday. Same columns, same 12 clicks. You've been doing it for two years.

Data Analyst

Your reporting tool needs a CSV, but by the time you download and clean it, the data is already stale.

Finance Lead

End-of-month exports take half a day because you need different column orders for different stakeholders.

One tool, four superpowers

1
1

Column selection

Pick which fields appear in the CSV. Exclude internal notes, formulas you don't need, and metadata columns.

2
2

CSV or TSV output

Export as comma-separated or tab-separated values. Include or exclude header rows to match what your downstream tool expects.

3
3

Filter before export

Only export records matching your criteria. Status = Complete, Date = This Month, Region = EMEA. No post-processing needed.

4
4

Schedule or trigger via webhook

Run exports on a recurring schedule, or trigger them from external services via a webhook URL.

Up and running in minutes

1

Connect your Airtable base

Sign in to Filla and authorize your Airtable workspace. Select the base and table you want to export from.

2

Select columns and filters

Pick the fields to include. Add filters to limit which records appear in the export.

3

Choose output format

Select CSV or TSV, toggle header rows on or off, and configure batch size and error handling.

4

Run or automate

Run the export manually, set up a recurring schedule, or generate a webhook URL to trigger it from external tools.

Power features when you need them

AAutomation

  • Recurring schedule with cron expressions
  • Webhook URL for external triggers
  • Works with Zapier, Make, or custom scripts

BFormatting control

  • CSV or TSV delimiter
  • Include or exclude header row
  • Configurable batch size
  • Error handling (skip or stop on failure)

CFiltering

  • Export from a specific Airtable view
  • Filter conditions to narrow records
  • Select only the columns you need

Frequently asked questions

How many records can I export in one CSV?

Up to 50,000 records per export. For larger datasets, set up filtered exports that split by date range or category.

Can I export linked record values instead of record IDs?

Yes. The exporter resolves linked records and includes the primary field value. You get readable names, not Airtable record IDs.

Does it work with views or just the whole table?

Both. You can export a specific view (which inherits its filters and sort) or the entire table with your own filter criteria.

Can I set up different exports for different stakeholders?

Yes. Create multiple export configurations on the same table, each with different columns and filters.
