Where to find analytics

Form analytics live on the Submissions tab in the form editor’s top tab bar. Click it to see how your form is performing alongside the list of individual responses — the same tab also replaces what used to be the separate “Analytics” and “Responses” tabs.

Metrics

The top of the Submissions tab shows three KPI cards:
MetricWhat it measures
ViewsTotal form page loads. Each time someone opens your form URL, it counts as a view.
CompletionsSuccessful submissions. A completion is recorded when a respondent submits the form and a record is created or updated in Airtable.
Completion RateThe percentage of views that resulted in a submission. Calculated as completions divided by views.

Daily trend chart

Below the metrics, a Daily Trend bar chart shows views and completions per day. Each day has two bars: one for views (lighter) and one for completions (darker). Hover over any bar to see the exact count for that day.

Date range

Use the date range pill at the top right of the Submissions tab to control how much history the chart displays:
RangeShows
7 daysThe last week
30 daysThe last month (default)
90 daysThe last quarter
Days with zero activity still appear on the chart so you can see the full timeline without gaps. The date range filter applies to the chart only — the responses table below is not filtered by date.

Responses table

Below the chart, the Responses section lists individual submissions with the primary field value, submission timestamp, and an “Open in Airtable” link for each record. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to page through results.

Empty state

If your form has no views and no responses yet, the Submissions tab shows a single combined empty state explaining that data will appear once the form starts receiving traffic. Share your form to start collecting analytics.

How data is collected

  • Views are counted on each page load of the public form URL. Refreshes count as additional views.
  • Completions are counted when a submission is successfully saved to Airtable. Failed validations or abandoned forms do not count.
Use analytics alongside UTM tracking to understand which campaigns drive the most completions.
