Where to see submissions

Every Filla form has a Responses tab in the editor toolbar. Click it to see a paginated table of all submissions.

What the Responses tab shows

ColumnDescription
Record nameThe primary field value of the submitted record in Airtable
SubmittedThe date and time the form was submitted
ActionsLinks to open the record in Airtable
The header shows the total submission count (for example, “42 submissions”) and a link to view and open records in Airtable.

Pagination

Submissions are shown 10 per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between pages. A page indicator shows your current position.

Edit mode submissions

Submissions that updated an existing record (edit mode) display an Update badge next to the record name to distinguish them from new record submissions.

Opening records in Airtable

Click the Open in Airtable button next to any submission to navigate directly to that record in your Airtable base. This is the fastest way to view all fields and take action in Airtable.

Your data lives in Airtable

Filla stores submission metadata (date, record reference) for the Responses tab, but your actual form field data lives in Airtable. The Responses tab is a quick view. For full data access, filtering, sorting, and export, work directly in Airtable.

Form-level limits and access controls

You can limit who can submit and when using the Access and Limits settings in the Form Settings dialog:
SettingWhat it controls
Limit responsesAutomatically close the form after a maximum number of submissions
Open on dateDon’t accept submissions before this date and time
Close on dateStop accepting submissions after this date and time
Prevent duplicate submissionsBlock the same person from submitting more than once

Common questions

Use the CSV Exporter processor tool to export records from your Airtable table to a CSV file. This exports from Airtable directly, so all your fields and values are included.
Delete the record in Airtable. Filla reads from Airtable, so there is no separate deletion in the Responses tab.
Not directly in the Responses tab. Use Airtable’s record history or revision tracking features to see what changed on a specific record.
Submissions appear in the Responses tab as long as the corresponding record exists in Airtable. Deleting the Airtable record removes it from the Responses tab.
