Widgets are visual elements you can place on any form page alongside your Airtable fields. They don’t map to a field in your table. Instead, they add structure, context, and interactivity to your form.

Available widgets

Section

Group related fields under a collapsible header.

Text block

Add formatted text with dynamic values from previous answers.

Image

Display an image on your form.

Embed

Embed YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Google Maps, or Calendly content.

Signature

Capture a handwritten or typed signature.

Location capture

Ask respondents to share their GPS coordinates.

Comments feed

Show a threaded comments feed from Airtable on the form.

Download PDF

Let respondents download a PDF of their submission.

How to add a widget

Open the field palette

In the form editor, look for the widget section in the left-side field palette.

Drag the widget onto your form

Drag any widget from the palette and drop it where you want it on the page.

Configure it

Click the widget to open its settings panel on the right. Each widget has its own settings.
