When to use the comments feed
- Approval workflows where reviewers leave notes on a submission
- Internal portal forms where team members discuss a record
- Client-facing forms where back-and-forth communication is needed on a record
- Any edit-mode form where context from previous discussions matters
Settings

Comments are pulled from the Airtable record’s comment thread. This widget only works when the form is in edit mode with a specific record loaded.
