Where to find social sharing

Social sharing buttons are located in the Link tab of the Share view. Open the Share tab in the form editor to see them.

Available platforms

Three share buttons are available:
PlatformWhat it does
TwitterOpens Twitter’s share dialog with your form URL pre-populated
FacebookOpens Facebook’s share dialog with your form URL
LinkedInOpens LinkedIn’s share dialog with your form URL
Each button opens the platform’s native sharing interface in a new window. The respondent (or form creator) can add their own message before posting. When someone shares your form URL on social media, the platform shows a preview card with:
  • The form’s title (from Open Graph settings)
  • The form’s description (from Open Graph settings)
  • The form’s thumbnail image (from Open Graph settings)
To customize how your form appears in these preview cards, configure the Open Graph settings in the Form Settings dialog under the Sharing tab. See Share link and QR code for details on configuring these settings.

Use cases

  • Share a survey or feedback form with your social media audience
  • Let team members quickly post a form link to their networks
  • Distribute event registration forms across multiple social channels
Combine social sharing with UTM tracking to measure how many submissions come from each social platform. Add UTM parameters to the form URL before sharing.
